He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Duck and Barbara Duck (DeBate); and his grandparents, Hobson, Bessie Duck (Carpenter), Otto and Thelma DeBate (Mizell).
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Guidry Duck; his daughters, Tessa Sonnier (Joe) and Alyssa Leger; and his grandchildren, Conner Joseph, Adalynn Paige Sonnier and Ellis Fayne Leger. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
