She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Johnson and Dortchy Johnson; her daughters, Sherry Hoskins, Juliana Burke, Theresa Coultor, Donna Trehan and Barbara Brevelle; and her brothers, Charles Lee Johnson and Junior Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Burke; and her children, Rachel Maddox, Juanita Sanders, Melissa Hailey, Kay Bailey and Mike Maddox (Leticia). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, cousins and friends.
