He is survived by: his former wife Lori Rush of Libuse; his children, Brandon Rush of Aloha and Angela Spears (Matthew) of Bentley; his sisters, Louise Dobernig of Pollock, Carolyn Caskey of Deville, Linda Gale McCann of Effie and Kathy Nugent (David) of Hickory Grove; and his grandchildren, Morgan Rush, Haley Spears, Audrey Spears and Owen Spears.
