He is survived by: his children, Donald "Woody" Woodworth (Debra), Kevin Tullos (Tina), Earl Tullos, Jr., Ronnie Tullos (Susan) and Diane Henry (Jim); his grandchildren, Blake Tullos (Naomi), Clif Tullos (Tiffany), Luke Tullos (Jessica), Jesse Tullos (Penny), Katie Kilgore (Justin), Zach Tullos (Taylor), Sarah Lynch (Justin), Jamie Morse (Justin), Kayla Tullos, Madelyn Tullos, Kimberly Jordan (David), Gregory Nall, Anthony Herron (Alyison) and La-Shaunda Padilla (Jason); and his brothers, Jay Tullos (Jean) and Roy Tullos.
