He is survived by: his fiancé Laurie Spears of Simmsport; his parents, Dewey Sr and Geraldine Millard, Sr. of Pineville; his sons, Dillon Millard of Pineville and James Isaac McCracken of Texas; and his sisters, Sharon Lopez (Robert) of Pineville, Sheila Gallent of Pineville and Vickie Hutchinson of Georgia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
