He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mann Lemoine; his children, Matthew Lemoine and Elizabeth Lemoine; his mother Katherine Lemoine; and his siblings, John Lemoine (Irma), Angela Tyler, Christine Carmouche (Jeremy) and Della Lemoine.
