She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Cummings and Christine Maddeford Cummings; and her grandparents, Hattie Johnson, Charlie Cummings, Homer Johnson, Marilyn Maddeford and Lionel Maddeford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alexis Burns (Justin) and Brooke Grimm (Taylor); her siblings, Casey Cummings (Rachel), Colleen Guilbeau (Jay) and Cori Heider (Jason); her grandson Matthew Burns; and her boyfriend Chris Webb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
