He is survived by: his wife Janet Bagley Worthy; his children, Chad Worthy (Nicole) and Jill Jeansonne (David); his grandsons, Michael Worthy (Micah), Andrew Worthy and Zachary Jeansonne; his great grandchild Maverick Lee Worthy; his stepchildren, Levi Wesley Stevens (Jessie) and Eddie Bailey; his stepgrandchildren, Adelinea Nissen, Jordan Stevens, Izabella Stevens and Levi Matthew Nissen; and his sister Pamela Worthy Stackhouse (Jim).
