He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Sweat and Carmen Woodruff Sweat; his stepfather John Smith; and his brother Randy Sweat. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kay Sweat; his sons, Nicholas Sweat (Leaza), Corey Brossette, Christopher Sweat and Gage Sweat; his grandchildren, Skyler and Jameson Sweat; his brother Earl Sweat; his parents-in-law, Frank and Nancy Bruno; and his sister-in-law Janet Johnson Sweat. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
