He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Kayden Reed; his parents, George Lee Edwards and Agnes White; his stepmother Anna Laurel Troutman; and his brothers, Troy Lynn Edwards and Lionel Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Weatherford Edwards; his children, Larry L. Edwards (Erica), Darrell L. Edwards, Susan L. Choate (John A.), Jaymie D. Edwards and Mark E. Edwards (Marilyn); and his brother Robert G. Edwards (Suzanne). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
