He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordy Sayer and Susie Miller Sayer; his son Carl Anthony Sayer, Jr.; his siblings, Shirley Keith, Melba Stolpa and Donnie Sayer; and his granddaughter Jessica Deville.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ryder Sayer; his children, Mary Ann Deville (Hardy), Bernadette McCormick (Billy), Susan Craig (Glen), Lee Sayer Baudin (Bret) and Michael Sayer; and his close friend Wanda Alberti. He is also survived by her four daughters; 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
