She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Dale Phillips (JD); her parents, Ezra H. Parks, Sr. and Mollie Coughran Parks; and her siblings, James Vernon Parks (JV), Etta Mae Dallas, Ezra H. Parks, Jr. (Junior), Jesse Ray Parks (Shorty) and Maxine Berry.

She is survived by: her sons, Randy Phillips (Belinda) and Tom Phillips, Sr. (Teresa); her grandchildren, Kenneth Phillips, Joe Phillips and Tom Phillips, Jr.; and her brother Thomas I. Parks.
