She was predeceased by: her sons, Steven Wells and Mark Wells; her parents, Estus Welch and Lela Welch; and her siblings, Lee Welch and Addie Faye Tackett.

She is survived by: her husband Emmitt Wells of Ball; and her son Daniel Wells of Ball. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
