He is survived by: his sibling Eagles Bridges; his wife Evelyn Shaw Edwards; his daughter Cari Jeansonne (Jacob) of Tioga; his stepson Leon Holcomb (Sue) of Pleasant Hill, IL; his siblings, Barbara "Bobbie" Edwards Hinton (Roger) of Natchitoches and Lindy Edwards (Barbara) of Quincy, IL; and his grandchildren, Mindy Jeansonne, Bryce Jeansonne, Todd Holcomb (Jennifer), Missy Reed (Sam) and Jeremy Slone.
