He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carley, Alziere Treadway, Wilbert and Mabel Ruiz. He is survived by: his parents, Ray Treadway and Roberta Treadway; and his brothers, Kevin and Travis Treadway. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
