He is survived by: his wife Lessie Bowie Notto; his daughter Deanna Pickney (Jason) of Dallas, TX; and his brother James Mitchell of Franklin, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and friends.
