We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2022, at the age of 83, Irene Picard Tabb of Baldwin, Louisiana, born in Franklin, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Picard Tabb to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband John "Richard" Tabb; her parents, Charles Picard Sr. and Marie Dupre Picard Olivier; her siblings, Willie, Walter, Adam, Shirley Charles, Milton, Andrew Picard, Mary Mae Mondor, Alicia "Tut" Milling and Nellie Derouen; and her great grandchild William Herpin.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony Tabb, Louis Tabb, Richard Tabb (Angie DeMarco), David Tabb, Calvin Tabb (Loretta Shefferd), Stephanie Tabb Firmin (Mark) and Gregory Tabb; her grandchildren, Latisha, Amanda, Sheri, Bryant, Alaina, Travis, Shyra, David Jr., Gregg, Destiney, Cody, Secily, Kirsten, Chelsea, Akayla and Rivers; and her siblings, Charles Picard Jr. (Cathy), Alvin Picard Sr. and Gloria Picard Derouen. She is also survived by 38 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.

She retired from Franklin Foundation Hospital having dedicated many years working in Housekeeping. She then went on to volunteer with the Franklin Foundation Pink Ladies.
