With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gwendolyn Harris Charatin of Baldwin, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Charatin; and her son-in-law Aaron Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Phil Rideaux, Jr. (Angela), Reginald "Von" Rideaux (Niki) and Vinette Rideaux-Hartman (Avery Bell, Sr.); her grandchildren, Mia Rideaux, Dominic Jasmin, Taylor Beadle, Aarolyn Hartman, Aarion Hartman (Tori), Reginald VonKieth Rideaux, II and Rorry R. Rideaux; her great grandchildren, Kade Hartman and Hendric Fontenot; her sister Gustavia Harris; her siblings-in-law, Joydell Robertson and Robert Charatin; and her cousins, Carmen Gordon and Leroy Tillman. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends, and so many "God-sent" children.
