She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Clark, Sr. and Gloria Warner Clark; her godmother Eula "Doot" Warner Williams; her grandparents, John Warner, Sr., Lillian Green Warner, Joseph Clark and Mary Clark; her stepmother Alice "Francis" Thomas Clark; her siblings, Shelia Clark Anderson and Anthony "Jimmy" Clark; and her nephews, Lynwood Jaron Clark and Jousha Paul Roshell.
She is survived by: her close friend Norman Richardson of Verdunville, Louisiana; her children, Shaneka Kemp, Alton Kemp, Jr., DeMarcus Kemp and Crystal Howard (Savaid); her siblings, Johnny Clark (Robin) of New Iberia, Dewayne Clark (Angela) of Amelia, Wayne Clark (Densie) of Amelia, Keith Clark of Verdunville, William Davis III of Houston, Texas, Renetta Clark Hawkins of Morgan City, Charlotte Harris (Leroy Trimm) of Siracusa, Shonnia Madise (Reginald) of Centerville, Patricia Davis of Franklin, Louisiana and Cheryle Collins (Darryl) of Franklin, Louisiana; her cousin Brenda Clark Caesar of Baldwin, Louisiana; and her close friends, Karen Hawkins Lovely of Patterson, Jessie Decuir of Patterson and Yvonne Austin of Verdunville, Louisiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
