He is survived by: his wife Katie Wagner-Mouton; his sisters, Shirley Mouton-Clair, Dorothy Mouton-Clarktson, Ethel Mae Mouton-Howard and Victoria Mouton-Green; his children, Curtis Williams of Bowman Mouton, III., Kevin Mouton, Yvonne Wilson, Evet Mouton Johnson, Ranoldo Mouton, John Paul Butler, Michelle Bulter and Jeremie Monroe; and his stepson Reginald Wanger.
