He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Hasty; his great grandchild Miranda Smith; his parents, Leonard Hasty and Wilma Hasty; and his siblings, Louise Love and Allen Hasty.

He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Barker (Jack, Sr.); his sisters, Bertha Jean Mitchell and Virgie Rhodes; his grandchildren, Rachel Smith, Jack Barker, Jr., William Justin Barker, Sarah Nicole Stockston (Kevin), Richard Stevison, Winter Nikole Barker, Jacob Elston and Summer Arnold (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Adam Deville, Presley Ruth Smith, Price Nixon, Alovia Stevison, Abel Ray Barker, Rylie Stevison, Khloe Smith, Cannan Stockston, Camille Stevison and Remington Arnold.

Memorial donations may be made to defray funeral expenses.
