He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Navarra, Sr. and Rosalie Navarra; and his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Navarra. He is survived by: his sons, Phillip J. Navarra, Sr. and Ronald "Ron" Navarra; and his grandchildren, Melissa and Ryan Navarra. He is also survived by three sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
