He was predeceased by: his wife Nelwyn C. Devall; and his parents, Frank S. Devall and Hattie Daugherty. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Craig (Mark), Steve Devall (Jill) and Gary Devall (Michele); his grandchildren, Tosha Hernandez, Shondelle Himel (Jason), Shane Hernandez, Austin Devall, Alexandra Devall, Anna Devall, Julia Devall, Drew Devall, Sage Brignac, Matt Iles and Megan Holley (Shane); his great grandchildren, Brandt Watson, Lakelynn Himel, Lawson Dukes, Dakota Brignac, Breleigh Brignac, Kaslyn Brignac, Braysen Holley, Brooks Holley and Paisley Holley; and his brother-in-law Donald Chapman (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
