She is survived by: her children, John "Eddie" Love, Jr. (Paula), Rubein Love and Teeny Love-White (Bret); her stepson Michael Nevels; her siblings, Charles R. Cook (Mary Sue) and Sandra Cook-Schaffer (Ralph); and her close friend Charlene Fontenot. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
