She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleatious Sylvester Gain and Frances Blissenback Gain; her husband Charles Eugene Manuel; her son Michael James Manuel; and her siblings, Alphonsus Gain, Beth Gain Johnsey (Bill), Bernice Gain Bliss (Herb), Cleatious Anton "Tony" Gain (Lydia) and William Bernard Gain (Linda).
She is survived by: her children, Charles Anthony Manuel (Joyce) of Zachary, Mark Eugene Manuel (Lorrie) of Zachary, Thomas Ray Manuel of Zachary and Janet Manuel Kimble of Baker; her grandchildren, Andrew Dewayne Manuel, Michelle Odette Manuel, Stanley Joseph Manuel (Hannah), Aimee Marie Manuel, Gabrielle Nicole Pratt (Robert), Austin James Manuel, Eric Nicholas Manuel and Brittany Danielle Baggett (Dustin); and her sister Emma Tarkington (Doug). She is also survived by great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
