He is survived by: his children, James M. Kelly Sr. (Sandra) of Baker, LA, Karen K. Maynard of Newellton, LA, Judy K. McInnis (Gary) of Baker, LA, David W. Kelly (Linda Roberts) of Becotte, MI, Mike Kelly (Cindy) of Baker, LA and Patsy L. Kelly (David Dearborn) of Suffolk, VA; and his grandchildren, James, Jr., Brian, Travis, Rachael, Cece, Zachary, Benjamin, Andre', Matthew, Joshua, Joseph, Nicholas, Austin, Hunter, Mikeal, Brittany, Mallory (Devin), Blaine and Levi. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
