She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Wicker; her husband Robert "Bob" Joseph Mitchell; her mother Eunice Aline Rodriguez Wicker; and her siblings, Billy Wicker and Peggy Spangler.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Mitchell (Elke), Lori Ray and Lisa Alford (Roland); and her grandchildren, Kristi Watson (Kyle), Bryan Alford (Jen), Kaitlyn Haralson (James) and Braxton Ray (Parker). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Baker Funeral Home (6401 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Louisiana National Cemetery (303 W Mt Pleasant Zachary Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
