He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Westbrook, Jr. and Ida Belle Lambert Westbrook; and his brother-in-law Jackie Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Paula Herring Westbrook; his children, Ricky W. Westbrook, Monica Decker, Tonya Deville (Kurt) and Cherisse Carey (Brandon); and his sister Mary Freeman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
