She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hayes, Sr. and Elizabeth Jane Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Terry John Gomez; her sons, Aaron J. Gomez (Alysa), David B. Gomez (Jessica Holman), Daniel T. Gomez (Nikki) and Zachary J. Gomez (Kelsi); and her siblings, Thomas W. Hayes, Jr. (Debra) and Susan H. Cowart (Kenneth). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
