She was predeceased by: her parents, T. Y. Williams and Agnes Taunton Williams; her son Mike Saloom; and her siblings, Darryl, Gary Williams and Jenny Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Saloom; her daughter Kryste Saloom; her grandchildren, Camden Michael, Kenadi Alexis Day, Larel Baldwin, Heaven Hulstrom, Halo Morris and Dale Day, Jr.; her siblings, Judith Laurent, Mona Clifton and George Randall; her goddaughter Patti Saloom Breaux; her close friend Lee Rivette; and her pets, Bruneaux and Scout. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
