She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl Labatut and Gladys Aguillard Labatut; and her sister Pat Baggett. She is survived by: her husband George L. Banta; her daughters, Kelly Kofton (Larry), Lacie Bonaventure (Jonathan) and Carrie Mix (Bryan); and her grandchildren, Sydni Kofton, Bryce Kofton, Ethan Bonaventure, Garrett Mix and Ty Mix. She is also survived by sister.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home (6401 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (6213 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714).
