He is survived by: his children, Mandy Eiswirth, Heather Eiswirth, Benjamin (Olivia White) and Chad (Lauren White); his siblings, Melissa Radcliff, Mary, Mike Sylve and LeShon Eiswirth; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Blake, Georgia and Piper. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
