He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Lyn" West Stevens; his son Michael Scott Stevens (Marcy); his grandchildren, Justin and Haley of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana; his son Eric Raiford Stevens (Carla); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Kira and Londyn of Kingwood, Texas; his siblings, Brenda Kay Winburn (Mike) and Terry Scott Stevens; and his brother-in-law Michael Ray West (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
