He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, June Branch McDaniel and Jessie McDaniel; his wife Dawn Ayres McDaniel of Atlanta, LA; his children, David McDaniel of Atlanta, LA and Gabriella Ayres of Atlanta, LA; his stepson Chris Ayres of Atlanta, LA; his siblings, Diana McDaniel, Cathy Czudek of Leesville, LA, Dewey Ramey of Leesville, LA and Christopher McDaniel; his grandchildren, Ashley Nation, Robbie Nation, Melynda Nation and Michailah Grishom; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Nation, Aeric Grishom, Mason Grishom, Mariah Beard and Madelyn Nation. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
