He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his children, Lauren Seymour, Chip Seymour and Christian Seymour; his daughters-in-law, Dawn Seymour, Kina Coutavas and Yolanda Reyna; his grandchildren, Madison Paxton, Katie Seymour and Sebastian Seymour; his great grandchildren, TJ and Charlene "Charlie" Paxton; and his niece Holly Seymour Kiely.
