He is survived by: his mother Tanya Dejean (Derrick Perdue); his stepfather David Bray (Charlotte); his children, Addilynn Faith Guidry and Colton Jon Guidry; his mother Brittany Fox; his significant other Melissa Gorum; his children, Graysie and Mollie; his siblings, Toby Guidry (Deanna), Desiree Guidry and Fallen Costantino; his nephew Karsen Guidry; his niece Huntlee Guidry; and his grandparents, Wilbert Dejean (Mary) and JoAnn Dejean. He is also survived by friends; he was a devoted father - that lived for his children.
