He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra James Dick; and his grandparents, William, Letha Dick, Jessie and Effie Mae James.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Norwood Dick; his father Carl C. Dick; his children, Dwayne Kilpatrick, P. J. Horn, Sabrina Dick and Ethan Dick; his grandchildren, Stephen, Gracie, Joseph, Hydie and Jessie Alan; and his siblings, Mike Dick (Denise), Tony Dick (Fran) and Melanie Gauthier (Tim).
