He is survived by: his son Alan Givens; his daughter-in-law Linda Couch; his significant other Barbara Lavesphere; his brothers, Troy Givens, Donald Givens and Clyce Lingenfelter; his grandchildren, Colin Ray Givens and Megan Jane Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Mason Jenkins, Leah Jenkins and Eliyanah Jenkins; and his grandson-in-law Mackie Jenkins.
