Spurlock (Vanessa), John Danforth, Vivian Hanna and Vonda Madden (John); his grandchildren, Devin Thomas (Macey), Caid Thomas, Jessica Dooly (Cody), Karli McLain (Patrick), Julia Roberts, Payton, Ashton Blackwelder, Grace Velisse Spurlock, Annie Hanna, Lacey Winn, Sydney Hanna, Vivi and Bryar Madden; his great grandchildren, Cooper Brance Thomas, Mason Roberts, Karma Dooly, Autumn Pilger and Teagan Winn; his niece Leann Chambers (Richard); his nephew Kevin Volentine; his great-nieces, Morgan and Maddy Volentine; and his great-nephew Kaden Volentine. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
