She was predeceased by: her husband Red Watkins; her parents, William Henry and Blanche Blackmon (Whitley); her grandson Jeremy Watkins; and her sisters, Louise Blackmon, Nell Gassman, Marzelle Tolar and Arline Bryant.
She is survived by: her son Keith Watkins (Cindy) of Athens, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Michaela Howell (Chad) of Mandeville, Louisiana and Justin Watkins (Elizabeth) of Minden, Louisiana. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
