It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Ralph Joyner (Ashland, Louisiana), born in Jonesboro, Louisiana, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, L. M. Buddy Joyner and Katy Readhimer Joyner; his siblings, Dale Joyner and Dixie Joyner Wright; and his brother-in-law Jim Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Curtis Joyner (Anna Wallace Joyner) and Marie Lynn Joyner (Jeff Hopkin); his grandchildren, Trenton, Lauren Layne, Caroline M. Joyner, Hunter Hopkin and Ty N. Hopkin; his sister Gail; and his brother-in-law Barry Vickers.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be made to Gideons International Organization for bibles or the Alzheimer's Association.
