He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Kirvee Woodard; his granddaughter Kayla Stelly; his parents, Louis L. Stelly and Alma Miller Stelly; and his siblings, Louis "Liss" J. Stelly, Antoine "Teta" Stelly and Velma "Sis" Olivier.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip J. Stelly (Linda Jean), Timothy W. Stelly (Janet), Jacqueline A. Stelly and Brandi D. Brasseaux (Cory); his siblings, Grace Marks, Doris Richard, Earl Stelly (Lena) and John Calvin Stelly (Cathy); his grandchildren, Lanie Stelly (Alfred), Tyler Stelly (Nicole), Seth Stelly, Keiffer Stelly (Jessica), Chase Brasseaux, Emily Kennison (Blake), Kennedy Stelly, Justin Brasseaux and Gabrielle Brasseaux; and his great grandchildren, Evan of Jamison, Jaxson, Serenity, Kayleigh and Addison.
