He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Vigie Stelly; his parents, Joseph Dudley Stelly and Agnes Marks; his siblings, Alfred Stelly, Larry Stelly and Yvonne Kennedy (Boyd); and his parents-in-law, Talbert Joseph Vigie and Frances Sagnibene.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Stelly (Karen), Jennifer Stelly and Suzanne S. Miller (Stacy); his grandchildren, Taylor Stelly Plemer (Dalton), Morgan Stelly, Callie Miller and Abby Miller; his siblings, Lloyd Stelly (Phyllis), John Earl Stelly (Rose) and Gail Castille (Charles); and his sister-in-law Hilda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
