He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosenbert Thibodeaux and Palmire Courville Thibodeaux. He is survived by: his wife Janice Thibodeaux; his children, Kendra Thibodeaux DeVille (Byron), Kiisha Thibodeaux Cooper (Ryan Thibodeaux) and Joel Patrick Thibodeaux; his siblings, Mikey Thibodeaux (Teresa), Patsy Thibodeaux Calais and Judy Thibodeaux Dupuis (Pearly); and his grandchildren, Kannon Patrick DeVille and Cole Christopher Cooper.
