He is survived by: his children, Lennis Adam Duval Jr. (Pamela), Jason Duval, Crystal Duval, Lydia Battaglia (Kevin) and Shelia Carter (Kenny); his siblings, Verna Allemand McDonald (David), Sandra David (Tommy) and Ory Duval (Yvonne); his close friends, Don Rich and Jerry Vaughn; and his cousin Jimmy Bailey.
