He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elza and Maria Robin DeKerlegand of Arnaudville, LA; his wife Judith Ann Marengo DeKerlegand; his children, Ann Marie Pesinger (Chris), Lisa Martinez (Bill-Deceased), Douglas DeKerlegand and Brian Dekerlegand (Stephanie); his brother Dewey DeKerlegand (Deceased); and also, Mary Mae (Deceased), Annie Bel (Deceased) and Genevieve Smith. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and an abundance of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
