He is survived by: his children, Tricia Noel Mire (Ryan) of Scott and Scott Noel (Racheal) of Scott; his stepchildren, Matt Lister (Megan) of Arnaudville and Christine Lister Garcia (Carlos) of Lafayette; his mother Francis Ivy Noel of Grand Coteau; his grandchildren, Brittney Sellers (Kyle), Kailey Noel, Alex McBride, Jaci Noel and Brady Noel; his great grandchildren, Reid Sellers and Brooklyn Marie Richoux; his stepgrandchildren, Maya Lister, Matthew Lister and Christian Garcia; his siblings, Ivy James Noel of Scott, Joyce Noel Martinez of Gulf Port, MS and Cathy Noel Leger (Leeward) of Carencro; his mother-in-law Faye Sanders of Lafayette; and also Beth Lister of Arnaudville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
