He is survived by: his wife Pauline Sanders Royal; his stepchildren, Katharine "Kathy" Lynell Jamison and Fred Linwood Jamison II (Beryl); his stepgranddaughter Victoria; his stepson Jacques; his children, Christophe Royal, Alain Royal (Caroline) and Florence Job (Eric); his siblings, Michel Royal, Monique Adam (Marc) and Marie-Jo Meilhan; his grandchildren, Juliette, Charlotte, Alice and Louis; and also Scarlett. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and beloved friends.
His spirit will be dearly missed, but his contributions to both the fields of engineering and literature will undoubtedly endure in the hearts of many.
