He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. and Louisiana Gabriel Dartez, Sr.; and his brothers, Andrew Dartez and Wilson Dartez. He is survived by: his daughter Marisa Dartez; his stepson Ronald A. Charles; his sisters, Lou Anna D. Guidry (Walter) and Genevieve D. Ray (Charles); and his grandchildren, Mia R. Mouton, Timothy J. Taplin, Jr. and Tyrin D. Dartez.
