It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Duplechin Sr. (Arnaudville, Louisiana), born in Cecilia, Louisiana, who passed away on February 8, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Duplechin; and his siblings, Wilbert Duplechin, Russell Duplechin, Paul Duplechin, Ray Duplechin, Emilie Periou and Elsie Guidroz.
He is survived by: his spouse Debra Lawson of Arnaudville; his children, Harold Duplechin, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Toby Wetzel (Donna Daigle) of Arnaudville, Jacob Duplechin of Arnaudville, Melissa Hewitt (Dale) of Lafayette, Chantell Theriot (Troy) of Broussard, Jessica Carter (Greg) and Lee Ann Gibson (Paul); and his grandchildren, Danielle Guidry, Richie Calais, Bryson Wetzel, Ashley Lanclos, Lindsey Gibson and Kade Duplechin.
